This is the best fish oil you can buy. My eye doctor recommended it to me a few years ago and have been using it ever since. It's delicious to take - a treat. It helps all sorts of issues - my dry eye symptoms, cholesteral, finger nails (I think) and my skin is softer since having started using it. Even my husband notices. It's locally made also!!

Have used this for several years. Has improved my dry eye and provides heart health. Excellent source of Omega-3 with no fish taste. 1 Tablespoon a day is all you need. Love this and highly recommend.
