I have been using this product for years as a source of Omega 3s. As a nursing mother, it is good for boosting milk supply as well. I love that I can get the omega3s I need without having to taste the after taste from some other sources. After using this for years, I discovered Barleans is involved in charity and is an awesome company. I imagine this product will always have a place in my cabinet.

Just bought this and I'm very sad that there wasn't a picture of size on the bottle. The pills are huge. Yes, they're soft which is great. I have a problem with taking pills and I feel like I just wasted money.
